I am a Christian Science practitioner who uses the book Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures to help people get rid of false concepts with healing ideas. But you might not have across this book -- or the fact that to heal spiritually, as the author Mary Baker Eddy suggests, you will need to be learning the habit of exchanging the "objects of sense" for "the ideas of Soul". 

Let’s take a biblical example. Gehizi had a panic attack when he saw an army surrounding the city in which his master had become trapped. But his master was quick and responded:

“O Lord I pray thee, open his eyes that he may see” and we are told that “the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and beheld, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.” II Kings, 6:17

We like Gehizi might panic. If it is bad enough we might even resort to a narcotic or something similar but here Elisha shows Gehizi that by turning to God for help, immediate relief is provided.
