Facing Goliath - see it through
I was really fed up and couldn't face another day of dreariness so I rang a friend.
“But it’s not your job to kill error he said!”
“You just have to go on being who you are reflecting God…. turn your back to the error and stand in the light and go on doing what you’re best at”
Mmm…thought. I didn't let this weariness stop me from teaching ‘in Sunday School and it can’t stop me for being bright and breezy now and doing the things I love…so I have just got to get on with them….
My husband and I had prepared to make a Kedgeree for lunch so we made it together! When I saw him open a jar of Hallopena Peppers I knew I could say goodbye to the foul tastelessness I’d had for so long! It was delicious. The sun was shining and after lunch we went out and played nine holes of golf…. the ground was frosty but I played well!
This was “being the expression of God“ that my friend had told me to be!
Life was back to being glorious again!
